RTK Mono D Series Chimney Systems

RTK Mono D,double-walled chimney systems are generally used for fireplaces, heaters, steam and hot oil boilers and process or hood systems through which high-temperature gases pass. The system is double walled and monoblock; Stone wool insulation is placed between the walls. It has low thermal conductivity, and flue efficiency is high as the heat of the flue gas is not transferred to the environment significantly. It is manufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. The flue connections are male-female flanged and tightened from the outside with a stainless steel clamp. The system is designed to compensate for the expansion of the inner wall due to high flue gas temperatures. Inner Wall Thickness; 0.40 to 3.00mm (AISI316L, 1.4404) stainless steel, Outer Wall Thickness; It is produced from 0.50 to 0.80mm (AISI304, 1.4301) stainless steel.
